Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, or delivery we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged items are not longer suitable for comsumtion or sale.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce.  The customer understands that since our farming is subject to weather and climate changes, small scars or blemishes that do not affect flavor or storge may be present, fruits may not look "perfect".

Bin or plastic crates return policy. If you purchase product in a bin or reusable crates you are required to return the bin/crates or hold it until next delivery when it can be returned  via delivery truck.  A deposit may be required when purchasing items packed in reusable bins or crates.  If you can not return crate pleaase contact us so sigle use bins or boxes can be used.
